How about a chat box wherein all the online members of a faction can talk to each other? It will be good especially when planning events, meetings, try-outs, etc.

Factions don't have any of those. (Events, meetings etc.) You can just summon everyone to one spot where nobody else is and chat. No support.

Supported, this would be an awesome feature to have, especially in active factions with more than 4-5 players on at once.

What kind of factions have you been in?

I support it would be a lot easier to communicate ideas across a faction while still being able to do things like retrain, fight, etc.
