this event is called "berikaoba" in my language . the bad thing is i dont know what it means in english and its not a known tradition.(little history)basic thing is that the people of my country Wear animal hoods on them every year to celebrate this event . they wear every type of animal hoods and in the old times warriors would wear the hoods to fool the enemies to thinking they were normal civilians and then they would use the moment of surprise to attack the enemies.
the npc's could be dressed up like them and sell some cool weps

so what do you think guys? if you dont like it i understand :)
