Is it fine to change your sig like once a week or so?

I think it's fine to change as to any time, but about a week is a normal date for changing sigs.

Just to make it clear. You can change your signature whenever you want. There is no restriction on how often you change it. Just make sure it conforms to the signature guidelines. If you're unsure you can always post in this thread: Signature and Avatar Testing
