What if they were mission items? Like drops of some sort. Once you've collected all the parts someone, like Ulysses, could put the parts together and craft you an armor. It would be a bit like Bio Hazard Husk drop from Snork.

 I've heard an idea like this before, and it's certainly a very good one. It could potentially require a lot of work, depending on how complex we wanted it - but overall, it is doable and something we certainly will discuss and consider!

Is this the Armour of Awe EpicDuel? Anyhow, I support the basic idea, random PVP to get these might rip off our AQ game so these could be obtained in a different way, 5-10 missions for example.

blank u posted this in my thread a while back. I made a thread and u contributed to it, lycus told u to suggest it and see wht people think and you never did it. So im doin it but this really wasnt never ur suggestion. It was mines you just gave an idea to it.

 Well, of course I do not see this as a bad thing. I just originally intended to add more to your original idea. But from what I remember from it, my feedback did not get much attention. So, feel free to re-use my original idea.

i must say as a whole i support this though what you could do is put different typees like up to five different armors all named differntly and then you can go to ulyss and get it designed how you would like also put a timer on the thing set like 3 minutes so it seems realistic not BAM your armors ready no but put certain restrictions on them like one ups support one dexterity one strength etc s people don't say i got one of each no you should make it a set

add on to this suggestion...

choose from 5 or more visual designs for the armor.

have set stats for the armor eg. max of 16 stats for it (not counting enhancements) and a cap of 6 for a single stat

shoulder guard gives 1 support stat

gloves give 1 strength stat

boots give 1 dexterity

back plate gives 1 technology

these will be random drops from random battles

another idea is to choose an armor and design. then you get a quota of scraps to collect. maybe 100-500,
depending on the level of the armor you choose. design is just for looks, so it doesnt matter which one you
choose.

 Supported, but I think the items should be obtained from random drops from both PvP and NPCs. Perhaps each battle NPC would have a piece of their own armor dropped. Also, it should be that Armors are listed in Ulysses' Shop with the parts requirement displayed. When a player earns enough of each required part for a certain armor, he/she can then request that Ulysses forge it.
