Dialogue
Batoro: Megakyle is one of my most dastardly disputants. He possesses mega-strength and mega-intellect to go with it.
Batoro: He and his gang of bandits have been trying to steal the Waen-tech from the Armory!

Quest

You need to fight Bandits in the Armory until you find Megakyle.

Megakyle: Ah, Batoro. I was wondering if you'd ever catch up to me.
Batoro: You've stolen enough from Falconreach, Megakyle!
Megakyle: I'm not done yet. These Waen Tech armaments will be mine!
<Character>: How about you make like a leaf and get outta here!
Megakyle: ... This is who you bring to help take me down? Really?
Batoro: he is smarter than they... sound.

Fight Megakyle.
