 Shouldn't we, the people of ED be the ones who pick the players that go on our balance team? What do you think?

 This isn't really suggestion we can decide on. Also no, biased people are biased. Say someone favours BMs and we'd see major buff for BMs or ranting how ___ person favours ___ class and nerfs everything else. Age requirements also comes into place, it's a normal job too so you have say a contract or something. Easier said than done. You work for AE then not because we want you to work for AE. How can you prove you're an asset to the Team? What if that's the opposite? There's Balance Thread and you can post your views there and Staff always has the final say.

 Well, if all the players chose somebody, wouldn't you think the person they chose would be good at balance?

 Not at all. All people would do is pick their friends and if they were trolling they would pick someone who just flat out sucks. The only way you prevent that is by having the staff pick balance team members.

Not supported.
But I do support having more balance team members and a better balance tracker since the current balance team dropped the ball on several issues so far.

Not supported now or ever. Lord forbid we get someone extremely biased towards one class they will buff that class until it is OP or nerf it into the ground.

But seriously, get a bigger team, ask for interns or something, but don't let us pick someone

how bout me! i dont favor any classes and i just dislike the bloodmage class. and strength spamming builds. (just kidding) :P
i think the staff should choose who they think will fit. so not supported
