I think that support must get a buff, like a improvement to the heal:
1st buff

+30 points - +2 extra field medic
+40 support points + 4 extra field medic points
2nd buff
Another buff could be to reduce the chance to be deflected when use axiliary

And 2 points per 10 support points, seems fair for me because a support merc only does a good damage when uses artillery strike and auxiliary, actually i have a strenght build because str builds are more supported by the game and it is shown in the new armors and some new char weapons.
I used to have support builds when i played in gamma phase when you could heal +40 hp with a lvl 1 field medic and do +45 damage in rage and it used to be fair because each stat had itīs own advantage

I was really suprised when I ply back after almost 2 years stop ply, field medic not improve with support when I got free retrain coz I was merc .
Supported but like rayman said we gotta wait.

The Support stat is fairly balanced. Some offensive Support skills would help though. Support is not underpowered. Strength, some skills, and Infernal Android have huge damage though and so would need nerfs.

Comparing a supposedly "balanced" stat which is Support and it's supposedly "balanced" counterpart Strength...

Strength improves weapons that can be used each turn and skills that multiply weapon damage by a given amount or damage in flat progressions such as Fireball is to Plasma Bolt. Strength improves no defensive skills etc, so it is a fully offensive stat.

Support improves one weapon at a 3 turn cooldown and skills that are defensive and one skill that is offensive which is Artillery. Support has far less damage potential but coupled with the defensive abilities, brings a cleaner union between attacking and defending.

For those above reasons and the lower (or standard LOW) damage that Support can administer per turn, Support is more of an ideal stat.

Supported. and id like them to increase crit max chance to 25% :/ cos i have 130 supp and hardly ever crit ._.

Definitely support. Field Medic needs to be improved by support once more, except on a MUCH slower scale. Probably +7 support per 1 HP.


Field Medic:

Increase your health during battle

Warm Up: 0
Cool Down: 4

Improves with: Support Step 7 (+1 HP gained at 20 support, +1 gained at +7 support after)



Example:

My TLM has 46+65 support, which is 111 support.


Here is the start. The heal is based off this formula:

(base-level heal)+(support acquired after 20/7)+(heal level)=Heal Obtained

Base level heal for 35 is 33, so..

33+(91/7)+(5)=

33+7

40 at level 1, so 52 at level 5
