Activation: 0 turns
Cost: 11 SP for activation and for every turn with the item equipped.

Effects:
  • +8 Magic Defence.
  • Click misc to cast the following spell:
      Level: 84
      Power Level: 87
      MP Level: 86

      Hits: 6
      Type: Magic
      Element: Light/Dark/Ice/Dark/Ice/Energy
      Damage: 13-38 plus 102.62% Stats each
      BTH: +21 plus Stats each
      Cost: 322 MP

      At the end of the cast, there's a (# of hits that connected)/6 chance of "Cuteness Overload"*, a renamed Paralysed that can effect the monster. The monster can resist with a save**, at a +0 bonus:

        Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK

    The book which foretells the coming of The Old One and the subsequent rule of cats over all other races! Opening the book will attract nearby swarms of cats that will surge over your enemy, drowning them in cute terror!
