i have noticed that they are still quite powerful even at say level 5 so i was just thinking this :

Deadly Aim= Reduce the amount of damage it does with each turn say it starts at 100 and by round 10 it has gone down to 30% but the max it can be reduced is 30%.

Shadow Art= since cyber and bounty have plasma armor and blood lust should shadow arts require energy of say 20 .

You might disagree or agree either way these are just ideas that i thought of please give me your opinions.

For both of these not supported.

Shadow arts is a passive and no passive requires energy to use. Plus this works with chance so why should it require energy to use?

As for Deadly aim can't support this one either. Sure I know strength is OP but by putting in this nerf you will hurt the other builds that use this passive more then strength builds themselves.

Maybe limmiting shadowarts to say 3% block , 3% deflect 3% stun resistance , 3% stun chance + rates? (max) nobody could argue but it would rebalance it so that CH and BH arent almost impossible to beat.

Instead of 10% block rate +

As for Deadly Aim maybe limit it to + 15 % sidearm and + 10% aux damage (due to auxes having initial higher damage)? (max) would rule out str abusing with deadly aim in a way due to most str build having low support and this way they will have a need for support?

Heck No, bh need a lilttle buff not a nerf, sa should have at max a 10% block and 5% connect or something else. Bh is fine but it feels like some times it needs the buff.

1. Your suggestion is too complicated and rather ineffective. I would rather suggest that deadly aim should give a flat amount of bonus damage instead of sidearm dmg percentage.
2. Shadow Arts is a passive, no need to modify it.

Again making suggestions from simple opinions rather than facts...

@drianx that would make it uber-OP at low levels!

Flat ammounts would seriosly overpower Deadly aim, I use it myself and if i had set bonus ammounts with a rage alone i think i could acheive within the 30-30 - 35-35 range nevermind a critical rage could hit 33 - 33 - 37 - 37 the whole point of the percentage is to not overpower weapons dependant on levels and equiped sidearm. This is not even with my str build its a str/ supp 5 focus build but due to enhancements im still doing mass damage whilst sustaining decent defences

Flat damage on a passive

What's the contradiction?
Hybrid armor is also flat yet nobody ever complained or suggested to turn it percentage-based.
