i dont know this was suggested before but static charge must be unblockeable. Its a Great Skill but its useless against dex builds. u get blocked all the time and ur plans are ruined. i think that static charge must be unblockeable.

Not supported

No physical skill other then massacre is unblockable, and unlike massacre this move doesn't cost energy. Making unblockable would be given CH a free unblockable attack that will be abused and spammed especially with the OP strength builds out there.

Supported, Their are many unblockable attacks, this would help out Ch alot considering TechMages & TacticalMercenarys have Reroute, that gives energy being hit, BountyHunters & BloodMages have BloodLust, they get health for every strike, CyberHunters only have One shot at getting that energy back.

That would make Mercs even more UP since they can never get their energy back by a skill.
And as mother1 said, that makes Str builds more OP.
