can you admins update the design notes like every 3 days just to keep us whats happening?

The admins update the Design Notes weekly, meaning they do it every 7 days.
To make updates every 3 days, would be time consuming and wasteful since content would be mentioned in short bursts making a weekly DSN very small, and less surprising/ fulfilling etc.

Also it is quite hard for the developers to post DSN as they are also very busy programming or thinking of ideas for new releases. So yes it would be also quite hard to update them.

I would very much like the DNS to be updated with the damage adjustments and bot specials. However, I am very understanding to see that there isn't a lot of time to do so.

We'll they have time to goof off on twitter so I'm sure they can do this simple thing.

 What's the point of DNs if they won't have much info? Goof off on Twitter? They are allowed to & they communicate with the players that way rather than write a block of text and leave people out with questions. This isn't AQW where they write one every few days just because. There's no need.

Explain? What they do is tweet to players and sometimes post info. That's why they have Twitter, to keep connected with players. DNs are once a week and about the upcoming release/s. They have as much right to goof off on Twitter as you do but that "goofing off" allows them to tweet and answer player's question which is better than wall of text.
What's the point of splitting DNs into small parts and tell us ONE change coming if they can post one big one?

Since it's Christmas, they shouldn't even be on.. They are on break y'know, so is majority of AE with exception of maybe a few checking servers here and there.
