Regardless if you've been to the UCaG, one would notice the majority of the people there play PAM games. You know how on forums you'll pretend to ban someone or corrupt their wish? That is a PAM game. They are the most active part of the UCaG, and once in a blue moon a PAMer tries to directly take part on an A&R like they would a PAM. When they are denied or ignored, I figure it hurts their motive to play A&Rs again. Even with details on what the three types are (PAM, A&R, FSG) it only goes so far to explain. Most new A&Rers get their experience in the first game they play, so depending on the game they might be passed over because they're skills haven't been refined. For Role Players taking part in an A&R, they sometimes think it is like a Role Play. So, I just wanted to propose either a member-run or Mod-run to properly teach those who willing. I figure it would be better with Mods, since they're more likely to find potential A&Rers without potentially getting in trouble. The teaching system can be whatever they want, but it would probably be required to have them take part in sample updates.
