Spectating from the Sidelines

The terms and conditions is not something that is up for "views" or "debates". The Terms and Conditions are put in place to prevent people from doing stupid things. EVERY player who has played an AE game has agreed to the Terms and Conditions upon sign up, and must abide by them to play. People who disregard the Terms and Conditions will, and always have been, punished for disregarding it.

Think of it as laws in society; if we break a law, we get punished, and we very clearly know the laws. It's almost exactly similar to the Terms of Conditions when playing any of the games.
