In order to reduce bogus crits with lower support, blocks with lower dex, deflections with lower tech, I suggest to
- reduce base deflect/block/crit chance,
- but preserve current max crit/block/deflect chance,
- therefore make them scale a bit more rapidly with stats.

Hence someone with higher dex will have a slightly higher chance to block and someone with lower dex a slightly lower chance to block. Same with deflects and crits.

No way, it is our only protection against Str spammers.
It needs to be improved, not reduced.

They should make the max block chance 75% and min 0%.
That will nerf the str builds good.

If the str spammer has like 40 dex and you have 70, the block chance should be around 50%.
That is our only protection for the str builds.

Dude you haven't even read. Or you don't understand the game mechanics.

I suggested just like you, min to be reduced, but max to be kept as it is.

This way people with higher dex will have even higher chance to block, not lower, as you failed to understand.
