1) Will it be good thing to make a battle mode 3 vs 3 ? Requires 6 people.
2 ) It will require alot of teamwork. Since nobody will go in so long fight here is what you win.

3 ) if you win, ( You win 150 credits, 4 battle tokens 30 influence ) and 2% change
4 ) if you lose = ( you win 65 credits, 1 battle token, 5 influence )

Even if you think the prices are too much the fight will be long and requires alot of strategy.
5 ) All players in 3vs3 battle must be the same lvl range, like 30 , 30 , 30, vs 30-30-30 or 31-31-31 vs -32-32-32

6 ) IF a person leaves during a fight, Some NPC which is 30 lvl + will replace him.

I will agree with you if you dont support because it requires too much time, But it can be alot of interesting.

I think they tried this but it didn't work because whoever was last on each team was usually targeted and therefore never even got a turn out of the fight having 2-3 people focusing on him
and if he did survive well he would be forced to heal so yeah..

This will cause a lot of lagg and bugs in-game and as @ReinVI said, they tried 3vs3 battle-mode but it didnīt work because of a lot of problems due to turns problems.

 Lag in 2vs2 and 3vs3 is nothing if u have faster performance and low quallity.
But if the person is lagging , then thats other question.

3v3 exsted in alpha i belive but it wasnt there for long because skills like multi would be difficult to programm to attack only 2 targets and there would be even more support abuse mercs than support tech mages in 1 v 1 at the moment and i have seen this suggested before by many others but it would be interesting
