General Reminders When Reporting Bugs

Before Reporting a Bug
Please be sure to check some of the latest bug reports before you post yours! Chances are someone has already reported the bug before you do.
If a bug is in the Known Bugs thread, it means that the bug has been duplicated, all the data that are needed have been collected and a fix is being worked on for the glitch. We do not need anymore reports on a bug once it is listed in the Known Bugs thread.

Abusable Bugs
Abusable bugs are anything that can give players an extra benefit that is unnatural in normal gameplay. (eg. Getting quadruple bonuses with Battle Boost) Please do not post about these bugs on the forum, report them by PM directly to Mecha Mario or any other ED Bugs AK immediately!

Bug Templates
Please use the Bug Template when reporting any bug. Provide as much information as you can in this template before posting a report. If more information is needed in your report, please do add it in with the template. Screenshots are also accepted if you need it when explaining your bug report. Some bugs are specific to certain classes or servers, which is why require this information to duplicate bugs and fix them. A copy of this templates can be found above this post.

Wiki Errors
If the bug you're reporting isn't an actual bug, but an error in the Wiki instead, do NOT make a bugs thread. The bugs forum is used for issues that the developers need to look at. Wiki error threads only detract from that and can be resolved without developer assistance. Please contact any one of the Wiki's Staff members instead - 8x or WhiteTiger

Replying to Threads
Please only reply to thread if your post falls under one of the categories below. Posts that are simply unnecessary commentary, do not add to the bug report or only serve as spam in general will be deleted on sight.
  • You experience the same bug and wish to provide us with more details.
  • You are absolutely certain that the bug report is not actually a bug, but an intended feature and wish to inform the bug reporter about this.

Please note that all of this information is the minimum required for a good report that we can record and investigate; a report providing less information may be tagged as a pending or resolved case indefinitely if we do not have enough information to act upon your report. More importantly, please remember to routinely check your report thread (preferably at least once a day) to see if a developer, tester or ArchKnight responded, as we occasionally may require more details to aid us in pinpointing the cause of what you experienced. Thank you for your time and effort in helping us annihilate the bugs in the game!
