I am a jugg player, and when i am fighting against a supp merc, after 2 turns they can rage multi, it is absolutely ridiculous

Ok support is suppose to help you get rage, and if you combine that with adrenaline, and the fact that you most likely have a high defenses (which also help them get rage quicker when they go against these) and they are doing damage to you with they aux's it would make sense that they rage quickly.

 Yup.

Thats why i quitted with jugging.
The mode is destroyed.

Personally using BH and CH these days in the aftermath of a epic duel worldwide nerf to most classes but I think rage is pretty much the only thing Mercs have now - remove that and that class will go extinct for certain.

Yes, but jugging is just no fun anymore! My wins to lose went from 720-52 up to 805-140 in 1 day of Jugging. Mainly losing to Supp mercs

 it isn't that bad. Rage, support, tech, and 5 focus are the mercenaries weapons. Take the rage away, and the mercenaries only have 2 viable build types.
