Attack animations for Static Charge and Frenzy!

This is just lazy. If static charge is blocked, you can't even tell they used it. Assimilate is very similar to these 2 skills in function, and it got an animation.

Every single active skill in the game has an animation except these two. They're not passives, even though they're functionally somewhat similar. So they should get an animation.

what wud those animations look like? Blades glow blue. ( would be cool ) For frenzy it glows red? just throwing things out there. all in all it isnt a big part of the game but i think it would be cool. so i support
