Change battle range for lvl 35.

 they should change it to 3-2 levels since they are already in the level cap, so they are either facing another lvl 35 or someone with a lower level . its not really fair specially for a lvl 30 like me

Not supported.

That would just mean increased waiting time for the higher leveled player + a lv 35 is not really OP anymore since there is no enchantment to boost stats and such.

 i don't think waiting time will be affected since a lot of players are already lvl 35 and there is not much people in lv 30-31 range.
i agree that they are not as OP after the patch, but its nearly impossible to beat them specially for any lvl 30-31. I have about 80% win rate with my lvl 30 character if i'm fighting someone with the same level but i have about 5% against a level 35. I only win if i get lucky.....

 Only minority is at the top level, majority is below Lvl 30. Waiting times are the main issue but as vagaran has said, balance (stat advantage) is close enough that it doesn't have to be that way. Those who are lower level say (30 vs. 35) will get slight bonus to go first thus chance to win is higher. Difference in stats + weapons will also be small.

well..... try to out smart them..... make a build that can beat another build thats mostly use in whatever battle you go into (2vs2, 1vs1, whatever)

For bh 2vs2 (even though bountys arnt good in 2vs2)
you could use a tech build because you would have a GOOD smoke screen and emp grenade and that would easily beat a merc, tlm, mage, 50/50 against bm

well....i dont know about other classes, havnt played as them yet in this omega phase.

Not supported in the least. This will increase the wait time for higher levels because unlike you who has a range of 10 level (5 higher or 5 lower) level 35 only has half of that and you want to cut it even less?

don't cry about lvl 35 beating you almost every1 have had that problem

I would only agree with this if something similar to this was implemented as a "level cap exclusive". (Level Cap Pairing)
That way it would help lower levels and reduce the potential waiting for people at the level cap.
