When you use a Skill that got blocked, your cooldown gets reduced by one.(By one means -1, NOT to 1)

When you use a range weapon that got deflected, your cooldown gets reduced by one.

Moves that has 1 cooldown are not affected by this.

The limit for this happening in a fight is 1 for a block, 1 for a deflection.

Wouldn't that encourage abuse a bit more? For example, Strength abusers will have low Tech/Dex so they will be more likely to be deflected/blocked by those who invest in defence, therefore they can re-use these weapons faster than before and deal higher damage.

I like the idea but abuse is something that'd have to be looked at as well.

^Since Diminishing is so extreme now, I think it wouldn't make them Oped....

And that's because? You can still abuse Strength or Support, and win. Just a little bit harder than it was at first. With this, they'd have a chance to get deflected (or blocked) & use another unblockable attack faster than intended.

Or keep it as it is and fix how blocking and deflections work (% reduce on deflections and how blocks work overall).

Not supported. Not only would this encourage abuse, but it will they will also be gaining extra rage as well as being able to use these moves faster. So extra rage along with smaller cooldowns? sorry no thank you.

Honestly I think this is a neat approach. Not sure I like all the implications, but I like where your head is at.
