I think "Who goes first" should not be by chance, rather by calculations.

Now, for Level advantage, it would give x in support in going first...Lets use 5 for the sake of it

Bold will always go first

i.e.
Level 34 with 48 Support
VS
Level 34 with 45 Support

Level 34 with 36 Support (+5 due to level advantage)
VS
Level 35 with 40 Support

You guys get it...This is really because I'm tired of going second (I'm level 34) against Level 35s with 45 Support, while I have 45(+12)
