l think it nice when another players help a player of lower level to help in a boss fight
if a player has a problem with a build and ask for your help to help them in redoing their build have your ever helped them

to both those questions l have . to me it shows the kindness of the players who have been playing for a long time.

so what if it takes you 4--9 battles to help that player win the boss fight for a achevment or for a quest

so has any other players came to the aid to help the younger player

Actually when I beat people and they struggle with their builds I offer to help them because I want them to have more fun with the game. When people ask for help I always say yes. Its fun to help :)

i help other players with boss if the chance of success is realistic.
sometimes i get lvl 20s asking me to help with admin 11 or AH and its just not realistic to go against these 2.
so i usually tell them no. also depends on the class/builds too.

although i usually give build tips/pointers if they ask nicely.

Sometimes I might help out low leveled players if what they ask isn't too time consuming. Like answer an easy question and stuff like that.

But often I bail out by saying "sorry I'm busy" and go hide to the faction HQ or something.

I sometimes spend an hour with people and helping them! It's kinda like meeting a friend :D

 jari, that is why the game is boring. its true. in other games, if people add u friend requests ull be like yay a friend, but here is an example. today i log onto ed and some dude sends me request. i dont accept. why? well, cuz there is no point in having friensd on ed. they never talk to u. they dont do nada. nada. nada.

@jzozezjzozez: To me ED isn't really that different from other games that I have played that have a friend list feature. I have some good friends on my list that I love to talk to and then I have some people that I really don't chat with but I still have them there, as a memory from "the good ol' times" or just because I know they are good guys.

But I agree that accepting a buddy request from some random guy is not the first thing (out of the two options in the situation) that comes into my mind.

 I always help them if they ask me help on builds, but when they ask me to help them with bosses sometimes i say no because I find it a bit boring.

I always help people, particularly with builds. However like goldslayer said, I won't help a level 22 take on admin 11. I'm nice about it though and tell them to ask again when they hit level 30.

 I help players if i not going for dailys or my faction don't go for dailys i think it is fun to try to help out others but won't help anyone with a rediduless chance to win a boss fight with

I help players get free wins off me in those PVp challenge missions

I also give build tips to some "noobs" I fight against

Sometimes i help people too. If i can. But i can say something stupid accidentally or at least something odd.

This is not my orginal language and this is hard to write to me.
