In my BM lvl 24 alt no matter how hard i tried i could only get the boss Hp to 40-70 HP when i solo him so could i suggest we get an ally NPC to fight it?

No.

I soloed him at level 35 with the weakest class in the game for boss fights (Merc), and won with about 30 HP.

You are a level 24, maybe wait, level up to 27-30, then try again?

at a certain level maybe

At that logic, it would be possible for a level 1 player and his partner to fight a level 1 armor hazard T_T

when cyber hunters were OP they could solo him so that was true for a while.

EIE: Not at level 1 though.

Nevertheless, no. A huge majority of everything in the game is available for all players independent of ones level (The entirety of the spore event, with the exception of Davarril himself for example). Leave something more exclusive for the high-level players. If you want to be able to beat the thing, either figure a working strategy, or try again with a higher level.

I'll be honest... probably not going to happen. We've had requests to make a 1v1 boss battle for awhile now. Its been a long time since we did implement one. We have to have a variety of 1v1 and 2v2 bosses in the game. Davarril was designed and balanced for 1v1 only.
