^ You could also have a button on the main faction page that opens the notebot, which would mean that its easy to check. The main reason most people don't check the notebot regularly is because it takes too long to jump to the HQ and go up to the bot. quote:

The easy way to know if some one had read your message would be to have a read/deleted message notification check box that gives you a auto message saying that you message has been read or deleted without being read. The one i would really want would be a spam folder so you can easily flag peoples inappropriate messages. That and the ability to refuse messages from certain players that keep "flooding you mail" with junk. Frost has some good ideas here.
