Make them have fights with players BASED on the weapon's damage. Let's say that for a level 35 player who simply wears +13 damage on primary and +16 on bazooka, he will have to fight level 10-20 players only. Just a concept I have to prevent higher players from always getting noob partners.


Benefits:

1.) Prevents noob partners from going to 2v2 with you ESPECIALLY NOW THAT IT'S A LEGION VS EXILE ONLY The upcoming updates will soon change this back to its normal state.
2.) Hacked players have a chance to at least battle and recover their character.
3.) Since all weapons are considered equal by stats, they are also scaled based on your level.

Cons:

1.) Requires you to farm for more credits.(gonna change because of the additional credits gained on the next update)
2.) Might have tighter matches.
3.) Devs require a proper code to award the player with the credits because of the level gap.

not really , a 35 player will still have his whole skillset so ppl could just go with a weapon with +13 damage and a whole skill and weapon set and keep wining.

This would be a pain to implement, why? Because even if a level 35 were to, say, purchase a bunch of starter gear and then enter pvp based on his/her gear would be pined up against level 5s would they not? Even then they'll still have the extra stat points from all of their level ups on top of that skill points. It'll be a lose lose for whoever at the lower level(s). Imagine how badly this would be abused.

This is only a concept as the levels I stated aren't accurate to the power of the lower levels.

Whole skill set is still very different from main damage of their weapons. They'd have to rely mainly on their skills to kill an opponent. Run them down to 0 mana and they're useless except for field medic purposes if they can even survive an extra 5 hits.

I didn't even say it should be level 5. The maximum amount of stat points you can have for one stat is +32 with a sword and +30 with a class specific weapon. At the same time, you only gain 4 stat points and 1 skill point per level and adding the current stat progression to this situation, it is possible for a fully armed level 20-25 to defeat a level 35 who wears unenhanced gear.

The abuse with this one isn't even funny. Even if they have low level items they will still have a heck of a lot more stats then those levels. This will be abused by people looking to padded up their wins and cause imbalance at all levels. Balance is about all levels not just higher level balance.

What'd be more better is farming opportunities for lvl35's with enhanced gear so they can get back up to the top, there should still be a limit on the farming opportunity for the lvl35 though (like 100 per day)

And adding:
if it is possible to get lvl35 with lvl10-20. They should have like -25% dex and tech, maybe more so it can even out their abusive builds if it is possible.

So you're saying if person is 10 levels above their opponents the game will debuff them automatically with -25% dex/tech in order to balance them out? Well that'll work but there's still advantages via skill points. If such a system was to be implemented people will simply not invest in dex/tech in order to avoid the penalty. I can see allot of debuffers via hunters/tech mage terrorizing the lower levels.
