Hiya Smashers!

Last week I made a trip to my home world... The Red Planet!
Everything there is red, this time of year leaves on trees and even the grass
has a red tint to it due to the twin red moons being closer to the
home world. Now I am recharged and back at work making the game I love,
HeroSmash!

Been a crazy week of playing catchup and dealing with a few surprises.
Beginning of the week we focus on re-tweaking the super outfits and new
artist training. Filling out reports and reviewing a ton of emails.

This week we are adding the missing CC items for Freedom Day which will be
gone soon. Next week all out of date seasonal maps will be removed as we
start adding Movie Plex and summer shop items.

Big projects ahead! In development is a new zone, the 'Mega arena' being built,
and plans on revamping the Fairgrounds into a permanent amusement park with
quests. Question: How should we change Friday 13th, Freedom day and
PumpCON to work better with the new Fairgrounds?

Keep an eye out as the Freedom Day shop is getting updated as I write this!

Woot, woot! Exciting news! Looks like the Movie Plex shop will be released and more news regarding future planned quests. Reviewing emails? Hopefully that means you will be announcing who will join the dev team as volunteer writer.

Here`s to a rest of the summer full of epic loot and hopefully the start of a long strategy of revitalizing HS through quality quests and stories! :-)

Maybe have an event pavillion in the theme park where Friday the 13th, Freedom Day, and PumpCon could be held.

PumpCon kinda reminds me of Comic Con, though. Maybe it would be more at home in a SuperCity Convention Center.

@vulkan unfortunately no. There are plans for releasing quests like for the new zombie area at /join supercitymall but regarding the main story, nothing was stated as far as I know.

Hoping for a big revamp of the Fairgrounds. i`d like to see variety and lots of stuff to do. Think Shamrock Fair in AQW. That place is so lively, busy and full of awesome minigames to entertain the player. so yeah, would be cool to have multiple areas you could go to (left screen, right screen), maybe some floating Fair kiosks up in the sky since you know, we can fly, with lots of stuff to do, miniquests, minigames etc. As for the seasonal events aka Friday 13th, Freedom day and, PumpCON, just have a screen to the far right of the area for these. Empty in the normal season and with these events present when appropriate.
