For example We finish all the Missions of the Lonely Guardian(Zedymr) we should get a cheevo of like Lonely Helper or something

 Not supported, they already have some of these (mama's feast cheevo). However, I would agree that the last mission in a chain should have a substantially better reward.

yeah. although my problem is i have done like all the issions so i cant really benefit from this anyways.

but i must agree, overall, most missions are useless now, since they dont provide tokens, or special weapons. only weapons which you pay to get from the mission, and sell back for less than you paid for.
