Due to the fact that now we have to pay energy for cores, do you think we should of a warm-up time for them? Why or why not.
In my opinion, now that we have to pay energy for them, I feel that cores do not need a warm-up time.

i think now that there is an energy cost, certain ones should be re-usable in battle, wit an escalting EP price per usage in battle. e.g. i use exile strike for 5 energy on turn 2, then again for 7 energy on turn 5. should apply to all cores (maybe even none that exist now) but a few in the future would be nice.

 No. Cores are one-time use. No warm up or cool down.

Could you imagine being able to force some1 to strike twice ? Being able to take someone's shield down to virtually nothing twice . Being able to spam emp skills/cores .

Actually the first buff breaker can be used more than once. While Azreal's torment can't be used more than once, Heart attack can.

I didn't say anything about repeating cores, that was Toopygoo. What about the warm-ups for cores?

Yup, I don't see why not. Cores will EP costs are very similar to skills (but with a one-off use), and most skills don't have warm-up's so it would be nice to be able to use cores on the first turn.
