 i dont understand such thing. i was battling now against bh, i had 32 energy, he used static grenade and it shows: he stole -46 energy and added 23 himself. is it right? maybe it is a bug. because when i have 32 energy it shows that he stealing 46? he must steal 32 and back 50% = 16 energy if i have 32 energy at all. bh must steal what we have full energy and back 50%

It's the 1/2 the amount they would have stolen if you had that much. Ex, I was playing a BH, I had 6 EP. He SGed, and He gained 6 EP but he would have gained ~20. (Hm.. doesn't really help my point.)

if u have low than 23 he is backing what u have (0-22) and it is not right. because if u have 20 energy he must steal 20 and back (50%=) 10. it will be ok. now it is a bug i think.

maybe i dont have 46 energy why he stealing me 46 always?

it should be a bug because unlike assim which receives the half of the STOLEN energy, static grenade will receive everything below the half of the normal energy static grenade would steal

assimilation is works good. i had 11 energy he steal 11 and back 5. but he had max lvl on assimilation and could take 19. on static grenade it is a bug

it works the same as static smash guys , because they both doesn't deal dmg neither gain rage they work that way.

it's not a bug , static smash has done that for months.

this is done because none would risk losing a turn to get back any less , while assim isn't a turn wasted , you deal damage and gain rage.
just because it steals energy doesn't mean it's the same cus it isn't the same.

I AGREE WITH DE-BUFFING ENERGY DRAIN SKILLS SUCH AS STATIC GRENADE, BECAUSE ITS GETTING OUT OF HAND, ALL MY BATTLES TODAY HAVE BEEN 80% AGAINST BH'S. THEY ARE WAY TOO OP (HELL YES THEY ARE), THATS WHY 80-90% OF THE COMMUNITY WENT B. HUNTER. (T. Mages are no longer OP they got nerfed to the ground regardless the build, thus BH don't have the right to be so strong).

A lot of tweaks need to be made to improve balance but starting with nerfing static grenade would do great help to all other classes.
(4 cool-downs rather than 3, less energy drain/steal & no improvement to S. Grenade).


GAMES A MESS, 80% OF MY BATTLES ARE AGAINST BH'S & I LOSE EVERYONE OF THEM GENERALLY REGARDLESS MY BUILD/S. Community knows they are way too strongly built especially for a F5 build Tank, they just not HONOURABLE enough to admit that here, because they're having an AWESOME time abusing.

 It's CLEARLY bugged. It should regain 50% of the ACTUAL energy drained. But what is happening is it always regains 20+ energy even if it only drains 10 energy...
Whatever...promo content first before fixing any game-breaking balance or bug issues, since they only affect epic duels...

actually it drains 100% below 50% so if you got 40 static grenade and enemy has 15 energy it will drain 15 energy , but if the enemy has 21 energy it will destroy 21 energy and gain 20 energy.
