Hello and welcome to OS forum! Always great to have new OS forumites/player joining OS community. To answer your question, yes! You should definitely buy SW for he is a Gold character and not to mention he is very strong! I guarantee he is worthy to purchase.

Pretty rare. I've only encountered him once. I wuld say he's as rare as Poison Drake.

At least now its pretty much quite slightly easier to encounter Weteye, Poison Drake and some other characters that used to have very low encounter rate. As new characters are added in the wild, older characters' encounter rate will increase.

Encountered it 11 times , killed me once. It's pretty awesome to get alot of gold too.

use a lvl 1 with many sacrifices. Example : Dark Incarnate lvl 1 or characters who have many sacrifices. u could kill him in first move , if your lucky to have atleast 1x 500 and 2x Sacrifices IF your LUCKY.

I see. You must had earned lots of gold by killing TC many times.

Oh, that's really bad. You should use a Void Incarnate level 1 or any character that have charging card with Power Flow, Death Flow or Lightning Chain to win the battle. It require luck but using VI level 1 will be no problem.
