    		 The boost being empowered with SP means it doesn't have penalty for +5 BtH. It's an additional effect which you pay for, not a free one - like BtH leans are. These NEVER carry a penalty. Omelyhis' Rule (sp?) - look it up in the 'Pedia and you'll see how it works with its ability (which is the same but with a special).

    		Starbow is actually a melee weapon and should be put into the Melee weapon index rather than Ranged.

    Also, the weapon's special deals light and energy damage but there's no mention of any elemental compensation in the notes section so I just wanted to point that out as well.
