Why are you Exile or Legion?

Why did you choose the alignment that you currently are on, I.E Exile or Legion? Was it because of the story of the alignment, its artwork, or something else?
For example, I joined Exile because it stands for freedom from a tyrannical hand, which is a very common theme throughout history. I just can't side with such tyranny as that of Baelius.

I have 2 accts in legion and 4 in exile. Before I made my own factions, I just got invited to factions and went with it. I don't think I really had a "choice" because I was already in the factions and their respective alignments.

I joined exile because I liked the thought of being a rebel. I been one of over two years, and I no intention of changing my allegiance either.

I'm Legion because I got locked into it. Personally, I'd go for the Exiles because I am an anarchist in real life.

Well I'm supposed to be in an Exile Faction, but I temporarily left to help a friend. The next day the lock update came on without notice and I was screwed. But no point in spending varium on a simple alignment switch.

Exile since Beta, I like what they stand for. For starters, green is my favorite color and red is my least favorite. I also like the idea of an underdog standing up to a giant. Legion says they stand for order, but they impose order in a tyrannical fashion. If they did it more like Boothe style, I would support them, but they do not.

Well. I have been legion since beta, and am still legion on all my accounts with no thoughts of switching regardless of who is winning the war. The reason I chose them to start with is the same reason I chose to be evil on games like mass effect and fable. I feel that the HERO role is played out in most games, so if I have a chance to be the bad guy.... I always take it. ^_^

Exile since beta.
I like the idea Exile stand for: fight against the tyranny of Legion. While Legion pretends to be the good ones, they actually are the bad guys -> an unlawful dictatorship which suppresses the people.
I have to confess though that i have some friends in Legion, who are not so bad :o :]

Isn't Exile the good guys? If not that's what I thought they were, is why I'm Exile.

I preferred Exiles for most of the game's history since beta, but the Legion IS becoming a little less tyrannical.
Back in the earlier years when people ran around paying you to join their faction I was all over the board, but it never changed what alignment I preferred.
