We found your AQ account - it's linked to an old Artix Account that also looks like it belongs to you. You just need to make a proper request to the Help Desk. You say that you've "emailed" us, so I'm guessing that you're not properly contacting the Help Desk properly. You need to: 1) Read this page: http://portal.battleon.com/help/p-account-recovery.asp 2) Contact the Help Desk through this form: http://portal.battleon.com/help/mailer.asp?c=10 . Include your AQ username, any payment info you remember, and that you've lost the info for the Artix account. Good luck!
