Next to Legend Ranks, there could be Handicaps unlocked. You can choose whether to activate Legend along with handicap. Unlike Legend Points, handicaps are free.

Handicap points weaken your character in a menu like legend. The more you weaken your character, the more credits you gain. 1 Handicap Point= 1 credit. So the max 1v1 rewards is 97 credits.

Since you can activate Legend with Handicap, that would make the player the same as a regular level 40. This gives Legends an incentive to weaken themselves.

 I think this is quite a good idea and I certainly think it would be quite nice to implement something like this. However it would take quite a lot of time to balance it out (in terms of making sure that the handicap system gives a fair amount of credits for a fair handicap), it would also take time to implement the system of course and to code it all securely. So due to that, if it is decided to implement this, it may be a while until we see it, since the to-do list is so packed as it is!

 Supported, but if people find themselves winning a lot just from their advantage through legendary ranks, it could end up being implemented but having almost no results on the community.

That sounds good. The incentive for extra credits could work to help lessen the power given by ranks in matches.
