Drellie Blaze

CHA Skill. Two hits, Magic Fire.

At the beginning of the spell, the monster makes a save:
Level: PowLvl vs MonsterLvl
Major: YourCHA vs MonsterINT
Minor: YourLUK vs MonsterLUK

If it fails, then the spell gains +8 BTH. This is considered Defence Loss for the purpose of making the save (so things with Defence Loss Weakness will be weak to it, etc), but it doesn't actually inflict the status. It just gives a boost to this one spell.

Fail message: "Oh, it's a harmless little toy. What's that gonna do?" followed by "GAAAH EVERYTHING IS FLAMES AND DEATH AND BURNING"
Resist message: Your opponent stays on guard against the attack.
Immune message: Your opponent can't be tricked by your Drellie.
