Currently every win does count as 1 point for character ranks (Emperor and such).
This is unfair for players that prefer 2vs2 and Juggernaut as those modes are way
more time consuming than 1vs1 and the win rates there are also lower in average.
I used the daily leaderboards and my personal gaming experience as measurement
for this suggestion. Also NPC wins should get considered by a small amount as they
are fast and mostly easy. A side effect could be that 2vs2 and Juggernaut will get
more attractive which would reduce waiting time for a 2vs2 match.

1vs1 win = 1 point
2vs2 win = 2.5 points
Jugg win = 4 points
NPC win = 0.1 points


Example:

Actually

1000 1vs1 wins = 1000 points
3000 2vs2 wins = 300 points
1000 Jugg wins = 100 points
5000 NPC wins = 0 points

Sum = 1400 points


With suggestion

1000 1vs1 wins = 1000 points
3000 2vs2 wins = 750 points
1000 Jugg wins = 400 points
5000 NPC wins = 50 points

Sum = 2200 points

NPC wins should not count for points as they do not demonstrate anything except for someone's willingness to burn whatever time they have for more reliable credits/exp. While PvPs are somewhat similar, you at least have to have a decent win rate in order to actually accumulate a fair amount of wins for ranks unless you have way too much time invested into the game already.

Not supported.

While these modes many be more time consuming than one vs one they are already compensated for greater rewards than one vs one with both Juggernaut and 2 vs 2. Even if you lose in 2 vs 2 and Juggernaut the rewards from these modes are still greater than if you were to win in a one vs one match. (unless you run or disconnect)

I support this, I have 10k + 2v2 and 1v1, still not emperor rank, while I have wasted more time than player that do 25k 1v1, so I think I should be compensated in ranks for those time consuming 2v2 wins

The average win rate in 1vs1 is 50%. NPCing can go up to 100% but is
limited to 100 daily wins. Regarding time consumption the 0.1 per NPC
win is very low and would be factor 0.5 instead to be on par with 1vs1.
I did not set it that high as NPCs can be alot easier and to not give extra
motivation to challenge NPCs as the devs do not have much interest in
that because of economic reasons. An experienced player can gain
40-60 NPC wins in 1 hour while it are 20-30 1vs1 wins. So in average
it is a ratio of 2:1.


@Mother1

Regarding time duration 2vs2 and Jugg are way less rewarding than
1vs1 even with losses. A 2vs2 duel does last about 3-4x longer than 1vs1.
My suggestion has not much do with those rewards and is more orientated
on time consumption to make ranking up more fair for every player and
battle mode.

2.5 and 4 for 2vs2 and jugg is too much , If it will be 2 and 3 for 2vs2 and jugg, then that would be considerable, yes that is what it should be by the way, because there is no reason for you to play 2vs2 as a good player, because 1vs1 will get you way more fast wins than 2vs2 and jugg, as well as if you compare all time lbs, people have earned emperor and etc from 1vs1 but no one has or only some have from 2vs2 or jugg.

I agree 1 point for 1v1, 2 for 2v2 and 2.5 or 3 for jugg.
But not for NPC, I myself has large amount of NPC but I don't think it should count.

2 vs 2 approximately takes 3 times longer than a 1 vs 1 not 2.5. During some stages of the game it was actually 4 times longer. Jugg originally was a lot easier than 2 vs 2 despite it being a dead mans mode now. However with the general idea i do support it, it's about time players from other battle modes get recognized even if it is from something as little as a more equal win
rank system.

It makes sense to me so I support.

@mother 1 - don't forget that the increase in money/xp rewards in 2v2 and jugg are due to these modes taking much longer. Also don't forget the disadvantages in 2v2 with the partner leaving. And these rewards may just about compensate for the increased duration; however I have met players who still think that 1v1 is faster at least for xp. What OP is suggesting that the ranking system does not currently compensate for this increased duration - which makes sense in every way. E.g. you would not expect that in 2v2 you should only get more creds and not more xp to compensate for the increased duration. In the same way ranking system is also a reward which should logically be compensated in the same way. (Example when you give a child 1 apple 1 pear and 1 orange --- you would give 3 children 3 apples 3 pears and 3 oranges and not 3 apples 3 pears and 1 orange).

That was the point I brought up in my post. That for your longer wait you get bigger rewards which is the compensation you get for your waiting.

But this is only at the higher levels. At lower levels matches can end as short as 2-3 matches due to builds being way more effective without so much the defenses and counters.

I support this. It only makes sense and, afterall, it isn't hurting anyone. 2v2 wins take 2 wins from boosters, gives you double the credit, xp, influence (back in war 1.0) so it only makes sense that it should technically count as 2 wins towards ranks.
