Support is and will continue to be one of the most useless stats in the game for several reasons.

1) First turn isn't guaranteed
2) Crits are continuing to get more and more rare
3) It doesn't give you any defense or any resistance.
and the biggest reason of all
4) You have to wait 3 turns to use the one weapon you have that increases with support

Please lower the aux cooldown by 1 turn. The only reason people invest in support is to use a skill to its maximum efficiency (I.E, Frenzy) or to attain a certain type of build (Focus).

Sure, your aux is more powerful than the rest of your weapons but youre taking such a huge risk investing in support. Its not like we have the agility system anymore. Now, investing in support leaves your defense vulnerable or your strength laughable. Even investing in support for focus is taking a risk. At 1k or less hp it only takes 1 or 2 lucky crits to end you.

Please consider lowering the aux cooldown by 1 single turn.

EDIT: Even a core to lower aux cooldown by a turn will suffice

No. It's more damaging than the gun, so it shouldn't have the same cooldown as it. People who abuse support can do 700 damage (ignoring resistances) with their aux at the max level and then use skills like Field/Blood Commander and Artillery Strike that improve with support to do ridiculous damage. An absolutely terrible idea.
