  • 110% damage.
  • Hit 1: if successful, Boost NoT of -12 per turn and Bonus NoT of -15 per turn for 3 turns
  • Hit 2: if successful, increases Immobility Resistance by 25 for 2 turns

    Description: What is that? Those eyes....those EYES!!! This will lower your opponents BtH, Damage, and increase your ImmoRes!
