  • If the first hit connects, shoulder deals +20% extra damage on the next use. Starts at 100% Damage
  • Second hit has a chance to inflict a HP/EP DoT for 10 turns. DoT damage increases by 15% each turn. DoT won't apply if its already active. (Repeated use of the shoulder is not needed for DoT power to grow)
