My suggestion is 1 extra skill point, NOT STAT POINT, for every 1 ranks past rank 100 up to rank 115. These skill points can be use to further enhance player customization, encourage players to play more, and allow them to be more flexible with their builds.

Said skill points will be optional to use, which means that you do not have to use ALL of them.

There are a ton of builds for every class where players can use more skill points. This should not have too much of an effect on balance. I do not support stat points since players would find that unfair however skill points should be fine. Especially since these are, once again, Optional

Lol not supported by any means, sorry man. Giving a stronger skill tree by 15 points is not going to happen.

Would it really affect balance that much? I am asking just for some insight unless there is something I missed. These skill points are optional, an individual probably wont even use all 15 and, if she should, s/he is encouraged to invest more points into the energy pool hence taking away stats from the 4 skill point improving categories and simultaneously weakening their skill tree.

It actually balances out iself
