( Discussion)
My parents named me ‘Ozora’. In some ancient language, it means ‘vast sky’. That might have been the first clue to my great destiny. But, how would I know that? That a young boy in a desert town would grow into one of Lore’s greatest heroes? It’s a long story, but here goes.

Mr. and Mrs. Kogane were both fishermen and overseas merchants. Because of that, they were important food suppliers to Port Roadrunner, a town between the sea and the desert. One day, I, Ozora Kogane, was born to the couple. Life is cruel, though, since I was still young when they were out at sea, and a fierce squall destroyed their boat. That would make anyone fear the wind, but I still loved the blue, life-giving sky.

After becoming an orphan, the people of the town took me in. They taught me to ride, to shoot, even how be an honest lawman. I had a gift for settling disputes peacefully, so they made me the town’s representative. That was good, since tensions were high between the townsfolk and the native tribes surrounding us. I must’ve done something right, because they quickly trusted me. One day, a tribal elder called me before his council, saying that he wanted me to try communicating with one of their great spirits: a giant, bird-like creature named Silmord. We bonded, Silmord was declared my ‘spirit guide’, and my great destiny had begun.

I stayed in Port Roadrunner for a while, then one of the mysterious Loremasters came for me. I was informed of the Alliance, the Queen of Monsters,, and everything else that needed my and Silmord’s new power. So, I packed my things, said my goodbyes to the townsfolk, and set off with Silmord into the horizon to begin my story.

After doing some cleaning up across Lore, to get people talking about me, Silmord and I eventually wound up at Swordhaven castle. The Loremasters told me to meet with King Brentan, and give my services to the Alliance so we could defeat the Queen of Monsters. After gaining his trust, Brentan assigned me a task, one that he felt only a skilled mediator like me could do.

Solani, Queen of Vampires, had declared her opposition to our enemy. Normally, that would be enough to make her our ally, but Brentan wanted some more negotiation, to be safe. So, Silmord and I flew to Darkovia, the land where the sun don’t rise. We flew until the castle was in sight. Then, as a non-threatening gesture, I dismounted, and continued the rest of the way on foot.

It started to drizzle on the why, so I tilted my hat brim low, and wrapped myself in my travel cape. When I reached the castle, two vampire guards stopped me, menacingly asking me why a human dared approach the vampire castle. Once I told them that I was the mediator sent by Swordhaven, they told me that the Queen was expecting me, and I should report to the throne room.

The vampire throne room didn’t exactly have the royal splendor that Swordhaven had. Instead of jewels and fancy tapestries, it was filled with skull candles and blood-red furniture. Nevertheless, vampires of all shapes and sizes were in every corner. Sitting on the big throne at the far end of the room, with two vampire attendants on either side, and wearing a pretty sexy purple gown, was who I took to be Queen Solani. A vampire butler approached me, “Excuse me, sir. You’ll get sick in that wet hat and cape. Also, it’s rude to address the Queen while wearing a hat.” A fair point, so I took off my hat and cape, and handed them to the butler. Solani got up, and walked over for a closer look, and I could see that, for a second, her eyes went wide and her cheeks turned rosy. Whoa, now that she was closer, she was pretty adorable herself.

After a short audience with the Court, Solani insisted that I be given room and board, so to stay awhile. I was still surrounded by vampires, so I still had to watch my back, but I took her up on it. Heheh, a cowboy living among vampires. This oughta be fun……..

I didn’t want to relax. The vampires gave me a nice enough room, and Solani gave me a few cute looks. But, if the stories were true, while a human sleeps, that’s the perfect time for vampires to strike. Good thing it was always night in Darkovia, so my biological clock was fooled. I left my room to roam the hallways, which were as unnaturally quiet as a graveyard. “Not dropping your guard, are you, Mr. Kogane? A needless move, but an intelligent one,” came a suave, but bold male voice from behind me.

I turned. It was a long-faced, bald vampire. He hand long claws, and a red garment. “You may call me Elder Rapaxi,” he said, as if to answer my next question. “Come. Walk with me, and allow me to be the first in this Court who you answer to.”

We walked to a balcony, overlooking endless forest. Rapaxi glanced ate me, a small grin on his face. “So, I am curious. What are your thoughts about………Queen Solani?” I glanced back. “All that mystique, and that’s your first question?” Rapaxi snickered. “You have an unusual effect on her. In the throne room, when you removed your hat, and revealed your light blue eyes to everyone, her famous smile disappeared for a second, and was replaced with an open-jawed, red-cheeked look of shock and girlish admiration. I wonder, did she have a similar effect on you?” I didn’t bother hiding a slight blush. “I reckon. It’s been a long while, if ever, since I saw a lady as beautiful as her.” Rapaxi’s grin disappeared. “Then she needs you. There is one called Baron Luca, and his army, the Nyx Aeternae. Luca is still resentful of Solani’s succession, so he wishes for her assassination, and his usurpation of Darkovia. Our Queen has her two elite bodyguards, Ensis and Enkara, and the rest of the Court to defend her, but we still cannot gauge the Nyx’s true strength. Mr. Kogane, I sense that you have a power unlike anything we’ve ever seen. I dismiss you now, but please consider using your power to protect Queen Solani……..”

I thought of Rapaxi’s words as I went back to my room. The thought of Solani losing her life at the claws of some grotesque monster made me clench my fists until my knuckles turned white. I know my problems were on world level, but I’d do what I can to protect Darkovia, to protect this Court, to protect…….her.

I was immersed in a war much sooner than I expected. This was different than just flying around, being a vigilante. At least Rapaxi’s words convinced me that I was among allies. Still, that only bought me an hour or two of sleep, so I decided to roam again. Soon, I found myself in the throne room, which seemed much different being empty. After a few seconds, I heard a lovely lady voice, “Mr. Kogane?”

I turned around. It was Queen Solani. The Darkovian moonlight made her look even more beautiful than before. I took off my hat, “I’m sorry, Your Highness. I was just feeling a bit restless.” She smiled, and her cheeks turned a light pink hue. “That’s fine. A normal person would’ve run for his life by now. You’re quite a brave soul. And please, you may address me as simply Solani.” I smiled back, then quickly drew my gun, and sent a bullet whizzing by her head. A red-robed assassin had burst from the shadows, and was charging Solani with a dagger, but my bullet put him down.

Solani had gone wide-eyed with fright, because she was almost killed in two ways. “I let my guard down. He took me by surprise…” Then, she looked at me, sparkly-eyed. “Ozora, you saved me……..I-I mean Mr. Kogane.” I smiled. “If I can call you Solani, you can call me Ozora.” We went over to inspect the assassin’s body. “Those are Nyx garments,” Solani said disdainfully. The Nyx Aeternae, the enemy Rapaxi warned me about……..So, this was them. Solani turned to me sadly. “Ozora, go home. None of this is worth you risking your life for.” I smirked, and gave her my answer, which made her frown, but probably smile inside.

“I aint going nowhere.”

I stayed in Darkovia for about another week. The Nyx Aeternae’s attacks took a turn for the worse, so Ensis and Enkara were called to lead the defense. As a result, they asked me to look after Solani while they were away. Solani wasn’t too upset that they left. In fact, she seemed pretty excited about working so closely with me for a while. I noticed that the vampires weren’t looking at me like a snack no more, probably because Solani would cook them with her magic if they hurt me.

One day, while Solani and I were having a nice little chat in the throne room, a Nyx messenger showed up. He said that Luca now knew that the castle was now housing a ‘cattle’, that I was the one who killed the assassin a week ago, and that Solani and I had grown……..close. Therefore, Luca challenged me to a duel. Win or lose, the Nyx would cease their current assault after the fight was decided. Solani begged me not accept, since she was convinced that Luca only wanted to kill me to devastate her. But, I had to. Scheme or not, it was honor among men.

Luca, and a few of his escorts, met me and my group a few hundred meters from the castle. “Come out to die, have you, cattle?” Luca snarled. “Your meddling is an insult to the way of the vampire. Moreover, your fraternization with a vampire queen, and the thought of your possible union forever our mighty race, makes me sick. If spilling your blood prevents such a stigma, then so be it.” I pointed my gun at him. “Why don’t you shut up?” Luca looked unimpressed. “Fool. Human weapons can’t harm vampires.” I smirked. It looked like he forgot that I killed his assassin. I fired, and my bullet tore a small chunk from his elbow. Luca screamed, and snarled. “How did?........Those are ShadowSlayer bullets!” I smiled. They were right not to let me enter Darkovia without them.

Luca continued the battle by rushing at me, trying to tear me up with his fangs and sharp fingernails. At such close range, and while dodging, it was almost impossible to pull off a clear shot. Luckily, I had strong punches and kicks, so Luca didn’t get much more than a busted jaw. Eventually, he stood there, breathing heavy. “I’ve…had…enough…..of you………” With that, he transformed into a giant, muscular half-bat monster, with a face that could scare a vulture out of a graveyard. “HISSSSSSSSSS!!! DIE, NOW!!!!!!!”

Luca turned to his men. “NYX SOLDIERS, SURROUND THE QUEEN AND HER COR MORTIS SOLDIERS, AND PREVENT THEMM FROM INTERFERING.” He then turned to me, “I WANT HER WATCHING AS I GRIND HER BOYFRIEND INTO BONEMEAL.” My fist clenched. If he, or any of the Nyx laid a finger on Solani, I’d feed them to the buzzards myself. His size was a new problem, though. He was now too big to beat with punches and kicks, and my guns were too small to take down game THAT big. I sighed. Time to bend the rules a bit.

I mentally summoned him, and hoped he’d make it here quickly. Luca flew up in the air, and attempted to dive-bomb me. Fortunately, Silmord made it time, and tackled him away from me. Luca was knocked back a fair distance, then he hissed, “REALLY, HUMAN? REINFOREMENTS?” I folded my arms. “Changing size ain’t exactly fair, neither. Besides, threatening to hurt Solani already crossed the line.” Luca growled. “HISSSSSSSSS. FINE THEN, SUMMON AS MANY MONSTERS AS YOU WANT! I WILL STILL KILL YOU!!!!!” I whispered my new plan to Silmord before we clashed with Luca again.

I reckon Luca had a short attention span, because while he was busy trading blows with Silmord, I managed to sneak around behind him. Now, the problem was how do I get up to the base of his neck, which was my target? It was time to use my trump card. Using aeromancy, wind magic, which I learned in my travels around Lore, I rocketed my body up to his neck, to take a point blank shot. I’m a fighter, but I ain’t no killer, so I shot to the side of the brain stem, for the sake of paralysis. Luca screamed, hit the ground, and returned to original form.

The jaws of the Nyx soldiers dropped, seeing their Baron defeated. I looked back at them. “Take your leader, and git outta here.” The Nyx obeyed, and hurried to pick up Luca, while the Cor gave me questioning looks. I grinned. “That ain’t how I roll.” As the Nyx were taking Luca away on a makeshift stretcher, he managed to lift his head, take in a breath, and scream, at the top of his lungs, “I WON’T FORGET THIS INSULT, OZORA KOGANE!!! RUN AND HIDE! BUT, I WILL FIND YOU, AND I WILL PAINT A CANVAS WITH YOUR BLOOD AND INNARDS!!!!!!!!!” His voice echoed as he disappeared into the Darkovian darkness.

Once the Nyx had disappeared, the started letting loose cheers of victory. They were so happy, they weren’t the least bit scared of Silmord. But what shocked me is how Solani ran up to me, and hugged my neck. I was even more surprised when she planted a long, teary-eyed kiss on my cheek. Some of the Cor gave us a look, but turned away out of respect.

I sat on the bed. My victory against Luca was probably more than enough to make the Vampire Court our allies. But that meant that my work here was done, and Brentan would want me back at Swordhaven. I had got everyone to trust me, too. And Solani…..leaving her would hurt like something fierce. Suddenly, there was a gentle knock on my door.

No sooner had I opened the door, than Solani fell into my arms, nuzzling against my chest. “Ozora, I love you. There, I said it…” I softly hugged her. For now, we weren’t a human mediator and a vampire queen, just a young man and woman in love. “I hate to remind both of us, darling,” I said glumly, “but I’m going back to Swordhaven in a few hours.” She giggled. “Well, then. We’d better get to it while we still have time,” she whispered sultrily as she slowly closed the door behind us.

The next morning, or at least in the next few hours, Solani, Ensis, Enkara, Rapaxi, and a few Cor soldiers came to see me and Silmord off. After I gave my formal goodbyes, Solani walked over, wrapped her arms around me, and gave me a long kiss on the lips. After we finished, I caressed her cheek. “I promise I’ll come back one day.” She had tears in her eyes. “I’ll be waiting………..” I let her go, got on Silmord, and we flew up into the sky. A few tears fell from my eyes as I watched Solani sadly wave goodbye to me.

I sighed. Time for a new adventure.

THE END……………FOR NOW

Just like all the time, the moon coated Darkovia in a weak glow. In the vampire castle, Ensis was combing the halls, and he stopped in front of Enkara, who was guarding Solani’s bedroom door. “Is she still getting ready?” Enkara smiled. “Nothing but perfection will do. It’s funny. Our queen is the most elegant, most dignified woman in all of Darkovia. But, Ozora mentions that he’s coming for a visit, and she reverts to a giddy schoolgirl.” Ensis chuckled. “We vampires don’t usually fall in love. I guess, when we do, love hits us hard, REALLY hard.”

The breeze felt great as Silmord and I sailed across the sky, towards the castle. Solani…..oh, how I’ve missed her. As we drew near, our path was blocked by some sort of shadowy hulk with wings. Luca again? No, it looked a lot different. “Human,” it growled, “you approach the castle of the vampires! Turn back now, or die!” Yep, not Luca, or he would’ve attacked without hesitation. “Look, I don’t want no trouble. I’m just here to see Solani. I’m her….lover……” The hulk snorted. “A human lover? What the full moon is wrong with our queen?...............Very well, the castle has a freshly built landing bay. Follow me.”

Ensis and Enkara were waiting for me as I landed. I dismounted, and greeted them. Only a few seconds had passed, then Solani knocked me to the ground in a tackle-hug, and smothered me with kisses. “Oh, my love! My sweet! My knight! My moon & stars! My everything!” The hulk, a large white lycan with wings, landed, and looked at us with a dropped jaw. “WHAT IS THIS!? My respect for the Queen is even lower now!” He was then smacked across the muzzle by one of Solani’s fireballs. “Silence, Gravefang,” she said, then continued cuddling my chest. “Ozora, we’ve prepared a dinner. Won’t you join us?” Solani led me inside by the hand, followed by Ensis and EEnkara, and Gravefang with a burnt snout.

You might think vampires only drink blood. Naw, that aint true. Vampires can enjoy human food, but need the serum proteins in blood to survive. So, there was plenty for me to eat. After a few bites, I asked, “So, that snake Luca leaving y’all alone?” Solani stopped eating, she looked really scared, then gave a note to Enkara, who handed it to me. “A Nyx messenger delivered this just before you arrived. I took it, and read it. It was one sentence, written in what looked like human blood.

I WILL KILL YOU, OZORA KOGANE

I was in a dark place. Despite not being able to see anything, the smell of blood was all around me. Then, I heard a hoarse whisper. “Ozora………Ozora……..” I saw a faint outline, which eventually developed into Luca’s raging face. “OZORA!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

I woke up. A dream, huh? Luca’s threat got to me more than I thought, I guess. I looked beside me. Solani was cuddled up against me (wearing a nightgown), still sleeping peacefully. Vampires don’t normally sleep, but a lot about Solani changed when she got a lover. I kissed her forehead, gave her more covers, and went out on the bedroom balcony to do some thinking.

I stared down at the silhouetted forest for a while, losing myself in thought. Suddenly, someone playfully blew on my neck. I spun around, expecting it to be a Nyx assassin. To my surprise, it was a little, black-haired girl, snickering mischievously. “Who might you be, little lady?” She scanned me, from head to toe. “My name is Esmee, Cor Mortis knight-in-training. And you………are a mountain of muscles. Queen Solani sure has some great taste in men. Hey, do you have a little brother?” I chuckled, but then went back to thinking. Esmee walked up to me. “The whole Vampire Court know of how Luca threatened you. It’s crazy how he can hate a human more than he hates any of us. Some of my female friends think you’re a real bad boy.” Esmee smiled, but frowned again since I said nothing. “He can hate me all he wants,” I said, “but if he lays one finger on Solani…………” She sighed. “She’s such a lucky woman, Mr. Kogane…….”

Suddenly, the door to inside shut and locked. Inside, things could be heard breaking, and Solani screamed. “Stand back,” Esmee said, “I’ll break the door down with magic!” She pointed her hand at the door, and an invisible shockwave blew the door down. It was too late. The room was ransacked and empty. Sticking out of Solani’s pillow was a dagger with a note. I read it, and my eyes went bloodshot with rage.

COME ALONE 2 MILES SOUTH INTO THE DARKOVIAN FOREST. IF I SEE SILMORD WITH YOU, THEN SOLANI DIES!!!!!!!!!!!

Solani’s body and feet were tied to a tree, a cloth was tied tightly around her mouth. A bunch of Nyx soldiers were jeering at the now helpless queen, giving her lecherous looks since she was still in her nightgown. “Baron Luca,” one asked, “I know that some of us have had fantasies about Queen Solani. When can we start stripping her of her dignity?” Luca gave a sadistic sneer to Solani. “Thanks to the frail emotion called love, Kogane’s not going to abandon his woman. When he gets here, both their tortures can begin……….”

I stepped out from the mist, and faced Luca and the Nyx, who seemed to be purposefully blocking Solani from my sight. Luca pointed a clawed finger at me. “Guns on the ground, Kogane.” I assumed this to be the exchange for untying Solani, so I tossed my firearms away. As soon as they landed, Luca sped over, and slammed his fist into my stomach. “Fool,” he said with an evil grin, “there will be no negotiation. Neither of you are leaving alive. But, I could use a stress reliever right now, so be a good boy………..AND BLEED FOR ME!!!”

Solani struggled against her bindings with watering eyes and muffled screams, as Luca savagely continued to strike me, with sadistic glee. “Every cut, every bruise, every bone fracture,” he hissed, “you earned it the moment you stood in my way!” But, he was so focused on me that he couldn’t see what was happening to his army. Finally, I was able to repulse him with a blast of wind. Luca narrowed his eyes. “I did not desire resistance, Kogane. Your actions have sealed your queen’s fate. I smiled, and pointed at the Nyx. All the soldiers were unconscious, and Solani was free of her bindings, all thanks to Esmee. She grinned at Luca. “Still think little kids can’t be vampire knights, you big blood maggot?” I picked up a gun, and took aim at Luca. Then, my vision started to blur. No, I lost too much blood! Before passing out, I put a bullet in Luca’s knee, ending the fight.

Solani ran to me, and cradled my bleeding head in her lap. She narrowed her eyes, and hissed at Luca. “We need to get Ozora back to the castle before he bleeds to death. So, no one’s going to kill you. You get to suffer the agony of defeat…….again. Esmee, help me with him!” Solani and Esmee carried me out of the forest, as Luca screamed, and pounded the ground in rage.

I awoke in one of the castle’s beds. Jeez, I was hurting all over, maybe that explained all the bandages I was covered in. The last thing I remembered was getting whooped by that dung-bat, Luca. I guessed, since the castle wasn’t a fiery wreck, we won in the end. I smiled, Esmee deserved a lot of credit for this one.

The door opened, and my jaw would’ve dropped if it didn’t hurt so much from being busted. It was Solani, in an extremely cute nurse’s outfit. “How’s my patient today?”” I sighed. “Solani, you don’t need to be doing this. You ARE a queen………” She smiled. “I don’t need to, but I want to.” Then, she snuggles up next to me. There’s no rush or immediate emergency, this little ‘responsibility’ is hurting no one. And besides, this job gives the two of us,” her lips brushed against my neck, and she whispers in my ear, “plenty of alone time.” I gulped. She had even put on a brand new perfume for me. Out from a darkened corner of the room came Esmee’s voice. “Woohoo,” she said, “you go, Your Highness.” Solani bolted upright. “Y-you come out of there, young lady!!!!”

Esmee stepped out, a devilish smile on her face. “Young? That’s an ambiguous term for us vampires, whose chronological age doesn’t match our physical age. In fact, I think you’re about-“Solani charged across the room like a mustang, and clamped a hand over Esmee’s mouth. “Not in front of Ozora!!!!!!...........Anyway, something to report?” Esmee took Solani’s hand off her mouth, and gave her a document. “The doctor said Ozoora’s injuries are pretty profound. He recommends staying in one place for a while.” Solani reads the report, which gives her a smug smile, and an excited look in her eye.

“Oh, you don’t say?”

THE END (DON”T DIE, OZORA!!!)

It was another quiet day/night at Vampire Castle in Darkovia. Solani quietly snuck out from a bedroom door, carrying her shoes. However, Enkara was standing there. She sighed and rolled her eyes. “Spending time with Ozora again, Your Highness? Shouldn’t you just let the man recover?” Solani blushed, and tucked a strand of hair behind her ear. “I am. I’m………making sure he still has strength.” Enkara smiles. “Whatever you say, Solani.Your break’s over. Time to start being a queen again. Come on, young lady. Darkovia’s ruler can’t play with her boyfriend forever……………”

A few hours passed, with Solani granting audiences to different representatives from across Darkovia. To ease her mental stress, I eventually came and took a seat in the throne room. Then, after some time passes, a human came into the throne room. He was quite tall, had backwards-swept orange hair, and a soul patch. He made a quick bow. “Greetings, Your Highness. Address me simply as Andre. Forgive my expediency, but my business is with Mr Kogane.”

“You are a rare human, strong enough in body and soul to command a spirit guide,” Andre started, “people like you are Lore’s entire future. And yet, you’re wasting your incredible life living with these filthy, sun-fearing vermin. Fear not, for I am your liberator.” I wasn’t about to let him talk about Solani like that. “What you are, friend, is a man who has no business in my life, a man who just insulted my lover and all my vampire friends, A MAN WHO, IF HE DON’T GET OUT OF THIS CASTLE RIGHT NOW, I WON’T THINK TWICE ABOUT PUTTING A BULLET IN HIS SKULL, AND FEEDING HIM TO THE DIRE WOLVES MYSELF!!!” Andre smirked. “So, I must use force, do I? So be it. GYRA!!!! TIME FOR BATTTLE!!!!!!!!!” The ceiling tore open, and a giant, floating, blue serpent-like dragon infiltrated the room.

Gyra flew around the throne room, destroying things, and gouging people with its giant fangs. Solani tried to protect as many of her subjects as possible, destroying falling debris with her fire magic. Suddenly, with inhuman speed, Andre rushed over to Solani, and squeezed a broad hand around her throat. She tried using her fireballs to repel him, but they simply fizzled out. Andre grinned.. “My body contains several anti-magic machines. Your fire magic is useless on me. Let us see if Ozora’s mind changes if he loses you.” At that moment, my bullets tore into his back. “YOU LET HER GO, YOU SON OF A BRACKEN!!!!!” Andre looked at me, and tossed Solani at me, knocking us both over. “Gyra! Our message has been delivered! Let us depart!” Gyra took Andre on its back, and they flew off into the night sky.

Everyone started tending to their own wounds, and everyone else’s. I got up, and helped Solani up. She pressed up against my chest, rubbing her bruised neck. “Ozora…….Was that a man, or a monster?” I put one arm around her, looked at my gun, then looked into the night. I was sure I shot him several times.

Why didn’t he die?

It was a few days after Andre and Gyra had attacked the castle, and everyone was still licking their wounds. Gyra had done a lot more damage than we anticipated, so a lot of people were injured, and a lot of things were broken. Esmee, and her other vampire knight friends had come to me, and I was teaching them all I know about aeromancy and self-defense. Behind me, Solani was busy issuing orders about tending to the wounded, or repairing damages. Just then, a young woman entered the throne room. She had a tight, red and black shirt, cargo shorts, weathered boots, and a worn travel cape. She had short, black hair, and reddish-brown eyes. She was attractive, in a rugged sort of way. “How’d you get in here? Aint the guards locking this place down?” She looked sheepish. “Well, it was imperative that I speak with you, so I had to……make them nap for a while.” Solani jumped to her feet, hissing and bearing her fangs, a fireball in each hand. “You’re with Andre, aren’t you!? I won’t let you take Ozora!” The woman raised her hands defensively. “No, that’s not it, Your Highness! Allow me to explain.”

By Darkovia’s standards, it was a fine day today. So, Solani, the woman, and I went out to one of the castle’s gardens, where some tea was set up for us (for those of you who still don’t get it, vampires need blood, but they can still enjoy regular food and drink). The woman began. “My name’s Zinoa. I come from a tribe of astromancers that live off the land. And we’ve taken it upon ourselves to punish those who use spirit guides for evil purposes. They’re called ‘spirit guides’ because their presence is supposed to guide one’s soul down a path of fulfillment. Instead, in Andre’s case, his delusions of a false utopia have turned Gyra into a slave of evil.” Solani put her cup down. “Miss Zinoa, my question is what exactly Andre wants with Ozora?” Zinoa’s eyes grow dark. “My experienced guess is that Andre deems Ozora as a ‘worthy human’. He wishes to collect all worthy humans, exterminate all inferior life on the planet, and rule over Lore’s new generations.” Zinoa finishes her tea. “Ozora, Solani, let us join forces. Ozora, you and Silmord are one of the most powerful duos history has ever seen. Solani, you have the power and resources of…..well, a queen.”

“Together, we can defeat him.”
