I WAS THINKING IT WOULD BE COOL IF THE LEADER BOARD RESTARTED EVERY BLUE MOON.

I see the daily one restarts. Would it be a bad idea if the main one would to? maybe yearly or monthly.
give other people a chance to be up there.

I think by doing this it will get more people wanting to play more and bump up the competition more.
Witch would increase game play and sales from the amount of traffic that would come in.

Other wise we are just playing a game just to play and eventually it just gets boring because your doing the same thing
mission after mission fight after fight and have nothing else to challenge us.
Then we get bored and lose hope.
Honestly think this would make people more competitive.
why not shake things up bit right?

It's called "All time leader board" Not monthly.

Nope don't support this. That sort of thing actually would also cause some players who worked extremely hard to get on said LB's to quit due to it going bye bye after so many years. We had a similar incident where someone who literally sank a lot into the game rage quitting due to them changing everything and making his hard work go down the drain.

you don't delete them you create a new legendary category and (or) achievement for those guys
who put in the work to be there.

No offence but, I couldn't care less for achievements. I'd much rather have my all time leader board position which I rightly earned, thank you.

 The purpose of the All-Time leaderboards is that they never reset, unlike the Daily Leaderboards. There won't be any changes to how that system functions.
