The shield is Dark/Melee/Ranged focused. Price is *1.1 for MC and *0.5 for promo.

[MC: Inflicts Bleeding when you block an attack (power: 1/3 [so replace the 0.25 in this post with 1/3]). The monster can resist with a save at a +0 bonus (inflict with VStat/LUK; resist with END/LUK). Monster categories "undead","golem","robot","mecha", and "incorporeal" are immune.]

Descriptions for the Shields:

Fate's Betreyal - This decorative scorpion was found when clearing out Eukara's library. It has the curious inscription "it is not my fault; it is that of my nature", and appears to defend well against the sun (Light) and heat (Fire) of the desert.

Palette Protector - This magical palette was used by a legendary artist and grants resistance to Water attacks! It can also sometimes cause a happy little accident, forcing an incoming attack to miss!

New GGB UR item: Golden Paragon Protector. Kam says:

Light shield, works like the other two Paragon items, but instead of dealing +10% damage max, you take -(10/1.4)% damage max. As with the weapons/armour, has its own separate "soul" counter.

This radiant shield can absorb the souls of defeated foes, growing stronger and becoming more resistant to damage!

Does this stack with the twillight armor? And is there any pop-up? I only see one pop-up happen when using both of those items, which is the armor one

Pop-up should be:

The lantern's light blinds your foe, causing the incoming attack to miss!
