I suggest, if a person is begging for gifts from other places, throws insults, etc. be given a ban of receiving gifts for X amount of days. I absolutely hate seeing people gift, and it even makes me regret gifting, I appreciate it when they say thanks, but when they're like "more gifts plzz" and spam it, I regret it. When they get a ban, they should be given a mail that mentions "Money doesn't grow on trees, people spend real money to gift"

while you're at it, do the same for fame... lol
this suggestion would be such an impossible thing to pull off

If you don't like the beggers, perhaps you should try to gather up a group consisting of only your friends who are deserving of your generous gifts? Lets face it, you need a room of those 150 whoever they are as much as they need your gifts.
