I suggest it improve with tech rather than dex to help it compete in 2v2.

If you are trying to make this idea just for CH the move would have to be completely changed before this could happen. Otherwise it would also affect Bounty hunter who also has the same multishot which in turn would screw them over.

Agreed^

Although you could make Plasma Grenade (CH) improve with both Dexterity and Technology, or make Multi scale with both Technology and Dexterity.

Otherwise, if you improve Multi with Tech, that would indirectly nerf Bounty Hunter since Stun Grenade would be the only skill to improve with Dexterity. Something to consider as a consequence of your suggustion.

Well if you go to desing notes from november 29 you can find this:

Balance
Cyber Hunter
Massacre: Improves with every 12 Tech instead of ever 8

I don't know if they only nerfed CH or BH as well. When they nerf/buff a skill for 2 classes they explain the same change for both classes, something that didn't happen there. Maybe it was titan's fault since NW is who always do the desings notes for balance.
