urgh. Due to the animation, the lags even on low get overwhelming. I was able to do 2 waves per minute. Now it takes over 2 minutes to do 1 wave. But now that i did my daily 50-wave-quota, i quit for today. Lets see if i can do my quota tomorrow after work. Cya people. FOR THE EMPRESS!!!

It does also seem, that Loading Scenes on the Artix Launcher takes longer than on the Web version of the game. Sure, the game performs better on the launcher, but when comparing fast warring, web browser takes the victory. Anyone feel the same in the speed?

Ohhh dear, there's some bugs with the Protect the Barrier option.
I failed (not the bug, I just got hit by too many ice chunks), and immediately reattempted, but was no longer my dragon summon, just my base character running across the screen. I could still fire, but my HP was my character's and made a reattempt difficult. Exiting back out of PtB and resummoning the dragon fixed it, but I thought I'd mention it.

Yes! Take to the skies is back!

That's one of the reasons why Black Winter was one of my most productive Wars.

I know that footwaves are faster for the dedicated warmongers, but I'll be honest I'll take a consistant 3 personal WPM over 1 one minute, five, the next, and 0.25 the one after.

right i've noticed some weird bits with lag on footwaves, with the launcher version of things each time i resize the window the lag disappears for a few waves and on the browser version each time i change the graphics settings the lag also resets(regardless of if it's to a higher or lower graphics setting)

I've noticed after about 8-10 foot waves on the browser version, lag suddenly sets in. Logging out then back helps, but the lag is back after doing the same amount of foot waves.

Absolutely loving everything about this war; the art, the animation, the lore developments, the character development. It's a testament to the staff that, despite being small in number these days, they are still able to create high quality releases such as this.

I lost waves after signing out, and when I logged off to see if they would come back some more went away. I'm protecting the barrier, and I think there is a issue counting the waves versus the Defender Medals.

For people with latency issues on foot waves, I found that even changing the graphics level and changing it back resets the lag. I've just been going from medium to low back to medium every time it starts to slow down.
