Since VHL has 2 skills that give 50% damage resistance, and considering that they stack, doesnt 100% damage resistance mean no monster in the game can damage you?
I need some enlightenment, thank you in advance!

It does them one after the other, instead of at the same time, so you end up with 100/2=50; 50/2=25. So you end up taking 25% damage instead of 100%.

I think this is how it works anyway.

Damage reduction effects are additive.
Although two effects that each give +50% defense (-0.5 damage taken) would cause All In to equal 0, All In damage resist is floored at 0.2, or 20% of raw damage taken. The other 20% wouldn't mean anything unless you get hit by a -defense effect.
You can reduce damage taken even further with effects on the target (such as Righteous Seal), but only because that's a different category of effect.
