ED does keep track of last activity.
Add Last Active on Character Page to check any old players are playing or not?

Technically it keeps track of the last time a person entered a battle and gained influence

Technically it keeps track of the last time a person entered a 1v1, 2v2, or juggernaut match, no matter the outcome of the match, only if they’re in a faction.

Correcting aside, It could be a nice little touch, and then have it not care about factions or anything.
