So.. I really want to get the Dragon Amulet for my characters, just my parents wont allow me to use their cards.. has anyone had experience with mailing in the money to get the upgrade? Does it work? Any help would be great! I hope I did this right, its my first post.

 Back when I got my Dragon Amulet, I also mailed the money to get the upgrade, as I had the same trouble you have now. I posted it from Finland and it worked well, but it was over 10 years ago, so it's hard to say if it goes as well as it did with my try.

But if you really want the DA and cannot use debit/credit cards etc, I would suggest PaySafeCard, if they sold them in your area. You buy it with money in store, and now you have the 16-number code that is worth of that purchased money. You don't need to sign up on anything to use it, if you don't want to. You can read from PSC from their website, but it always has worked for me.
