How do you acesss Guardian and DragonLord in Book three?

Not sure about DL, but Guardian is certainly in B1/2.

Either way, to access guardian, you need to be a Guardian in AQ,confirm it (on ArtixPoints.. I think? It was somewhere), then train it in the guardian tower.

Dragon Lord:
Click Quest Log (Scroll next to Dragon Amulet at bottom) -> Click "The End of Magic" III -> Click "Travel Map" -> Click "Kingdom of Greenguard" -> Click "Fairglade" -> Click "Sunbreeze Grove" -> Travel Left 1 Map -> Talk to "Elysia" -> Click "DragonLord (lvl 8+), DA only" -> Click "Equip DragonLord Armor".

Assuming you have it unlocked of course. Otherwise "Get DragonLord Armor". Then you can "Train DragonLord Armor" and "Upgrade DragonLord Armor".
